One Singapore scene.
Two futures to compare.

Three inhabitants face a power shortage. Choose what to protect, watch the result, then return to the same starting point and try another choice.

The revised five-hour build: one local Windows game, an attributed Singapore locator, a complete six-round A/B loop and a 90-second film. Streamed Singapore and new asset-generation pipelines have been removed from the baseline.

A complete, bounded game

A fictional clinic, workshop and generator occupy a court at most 40 metres across, within a stylised Singapore streetscape. Fix the court before adding scenery. The island panel locates the court; it does not promise a playable island or a faithful digital twin.

RequiredBoundary
World and peopleOne non-partitioned map, fixed ground, three stations, one short courier path, two local camera views and one lighting setup. One compatible body/animation set with role colours/labels, or simple stylised bodies. Existing materials and props.
ControlsInitial power allocation, one reroute between rounds, advance/pause, role inspector, rewind, equal-round comparison, local camera/return, locator and quit. Use an agreed layout; if substantial new UI remains unspecified, show one A/B/C HTML mock while state/world work continues.
Outside this buildWhole-island streaming/flight, interiors, traffic, population/inventory/construction editors, destruction, new rigs, retargeting, generated textures, Higgsfield use, new shaders, extra bookmarks and a second daylight preset.
DeliveryA versioned Windows package with a pristine starting checkpoint, recipient instructions, runtime requirements, source notices and matching film. Private source is separate from evaluator-accessible artifacts.
The exact shared game contract

Six rounds. B0 starts at clinic socket 0 with one charge; B1 starts with the courier with one charge. Batteries are clinic-only, retain their IDs and never recharge. Three powered engineer repairs activate grid power for both facilities from the next round.

Roles have fixed logical waypoints: medic at clinic may request/wait; engineer at workshop may repair/wait; courier at the spare waypoint may deliver-spare/wait. Request is a factual message, not a resource effect. Delivery changes the courier's logical waypoint to clinic and B1's holder to socket 1 in one committed round. Its short body movement happens afterward as presentation, not proof of unrestricted navigation or a physical inventory transaction.

  1. Apply initial allocation or the one permitted reroute between rounds 2–6. Freeze one round input and base revision.
  2. Collect one bounded proposal per role. Validate against the same frozen input; stage valid delivery. Earlier staged work must not make later role proposals stale.
  3. Determine power from grid active at round start, otherwise assigned generator, otherwise a charged installed clinic battery in ID order B0 then B1. Batteries never power the workshop.
  4. Apply at most one valid powered repair, while progress is below three. Add one downtime round if clinic is unpowered. Consume exactly one charge only if a battery supplied clinic power; generator/grid consumes none.
  5. Reaching three repairs schedules grid activation next round. Deduplicate epoch/round/action IDs, append all effects atomically and advance one round. End after round six.
OutcomeRound and charge behavior
Valid wait or legal-shaped but illegal intentRecord wait/rejection; commit the round with normal passive clinic consumption.
Malformed/incomplete batch, transport failure or timeoutNo commit, consumption or round advance. Fence the request; keep cancel/reset responsive.
Visual failure after commitReport a presentation error. It cannot duplicate, reverse or retry logical effects.

The proposed request budget is 20 seconds total per round attempt, measured and frozen at the first runtime gate. Allow at most one explicit retry, then reset or restart an explicitly approved labelled fixture/recorded run. Never mix modes inside an episode.

Canonical fixtures, no reroute

Courier waits in round 1 and delivers in round 2 in both fixtures. Medic may request without changing resources. A assigns the generator to clinic throughout and engineer waits. B assigns it to workshop, with engineer repairs in rounds 1–3, then waits.

RoundA: clinic source; B0/B1 charge; repair; downtimeB: clinic source; B0/B1 charge; repair; downtime
1Generator; 1/1; 0; 0B0; 0/1; 1; 0
2Generator; 1/1; 0; 0B1; 0/0; 2; 0
3Generator; 1/1; 0; 0None; 0/0; 3; 1

5Generator; 1/1; 0; 0Grid; 0/0; 3; 1
6Generator; 1/1; 0; 0Grid; 0/0; 3; 1

B0 stays in socket 0; B1's holder becomes socket 1 from round 2. A never activates grid. B activates it in round 4; round 3's outage remains. Display a six-cell clinic-power timeline, downtime, repair, grid-active round, remaining charge and each branch's allocation/reroute. Do not invent a combined score.

These are arithmetic-checked proposed rules, not playtested balance or guaranteed live outcomes. At noon, after at most 20 seconds of explanation, a human should explain what they changed, what happened and what they would try next. If unclear, simplify controls/animation before adding detail.

Runtime, rewind and focused acceptance

Pin a small C++ value-state reducer, checkpoint records and runtime adapter. Gameplay owns the complete observation/proposal/provider path. Prefer one bounded three-role proposal batch through an approved existing endpoint; the executable never contains its API secret. Python is editor automation only. Keep the same chosen build configuration from package one through release, explicit default map and required asset references.

One initial checkpoint. Increase a non-rewindable epoch; stop/reset old visual jobs before restoration. Restore resources, allowances, logical waypoints and committed facts. A stays immutable; B gets fresh/stateless provider context seeded only from checkpoint/current-B facts. Clear or namespace branch-owned memory, notebooks, receipts, caches and provider workspaces. Diagnostic history and credentials never enter B's observations. Fence late model results, memory writes and visual callbacks at their authority.

Store positions as waypoint IDs or transforms relative to the fixed scenario anchor, never transient camera coordinates. Explicitly reset body transforms. Camera, physics and animation are projections, not rollbackable transactions. Recorded replay makes zero model calls. Inspectors show actual proposals, validation, committed effects and which roles are live; the medic explains/requests, courier delivers and engineer repairs.

  1. Actual downloaded package opens without Unreal installed and completes a fixture FORK action. Required assets, locator, controls, quit/reset and credits work.
  2. Canonical traces and charge conservation pass. Wait, illegal intent, malformed response, timeout, duplicate and late response have the specified effects.
  3. Three restores reproduce state and role positions. Inspect B's exact request/memory sources: an A-only canary fact and receipt are absent, including after runtime restart.
  4. Complete the whole A/rewind/B in the selected mode on the recipient setup. Record live waits, full-run duration and measured Laptop frame rate, targeting 1080p/30 with a documented lower preset if needed.
  5. A submission baseline has an actual release ID, accepted mode, clean-start core acceptance and matching footage. An 11:10 launch shell is diagnostic only. If no qualifying baseline exists, say so.

Two sources at most, existing art

Locator: render Singapore from Natural Earth Admin 0 Countries v5.1.1 into a local panel with the district marker. Label it a generalised locator; it is not a current coastline survey. Natural Earth is public domain.

Local reference: one bounded direct OSM street source near Chinatown / Tanjong Pagar. Verify two roads/junctions, then author the small fictional court. No regional importer. If a useful reference is unavailable by 11:10, keep court/locator and label the location stylised. Freeze geography by 11:35.

Record named latitude/longitude fields, source CRS, bbox order, local origin, axes, scale, rotation and vertical units. Unreal local units are centimetres; keep geodetic height separate. Match locator and scene references within documented source uncertainty. World ships public-safe CREDITS.txt/THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES, readable game/video credits and any applicable underlying-data/modification offer. Keep map subsets and transformations separate from private game code. OSMF guidance.

Cesium, custom coastline, HDB/URA, OneMap, Clips and extra POIs are outside this baseline. A demonstrated expanded route needs an explicit scope decision, measured cost and actual provider agreement, not an automatic stretch unlock. Cesium would additionally require correct fixed-origin/anchor handling, collision separation, ion branding and data credits. Cesium terms · Georeference behavior.

Selection depends on evidence

Lucas will ask hosts later. Planning assumes disclosed reuse, new FORK work from 10:30 and an actual runnable judged artifact. These are conservative assumptions, not approval. Before selecting Unreal, confirm permitted preparation/reuse, Windows delivery and the evaluator access period. The event listing requires a deployed prototype and 90-second video but does not settle this route.

Read-only inventory, 12 September: Desktop SSH timed out through both configured routes; this does not prove it is off or lacks Unreal. Laptop SSH worked and its Arc 140T was identified. No Unreal folder appeared in the limited common roots checked, which does not rule out other paths. Minecraft/Fabric files and an existing arena JAR were found, but no game was launched. Default Java was 21; the Minecraft source route requires 25, whose availability elsewhere remains unverified.

Unreal needs a pinned installed binary engine/toolchain, usable SSD space, a representative package/second-machine launch and real capture in the intended Windows session when host rules permit. An uninstalled or incompatible toolchain makes tomorrow's five-hour choice unreliable. No game build, provider or timing result exists from this audit.

Live inhabitants are a preferred product feature, not an explicit event runtime requirement. Confirm an approved endpoint, supported model/settings, numeric spend cap where relevant and availability through judging. Record development and runtime authentication/billing separately; limits are shared only when the actual routes share them. Fast is not a latency guarantee. Lucas must explicitly accept any labelled fixture reduction; no silent paid API fallback.

Recipient package tests/local play, then narration/edit/export/submission. Package checks finish before final edit/export reservation.

Use conservative Laptop lighting/shadows from package one, with no required hardware ray tracing. Measure the actual route; Desktop 1080p/30 footage is separate. Hardware specifications do not prove game performance. Epic requirements.

Remote jobs and artifact handoffs

Use existing private SSH/Tailscale and one scoped root per machine. A proven machine-local runner records job ID, PID plus start time, exact input SHA, owner, log and completion. Test one harmless disconnect/reconnect completion and actual GPU capture when permitted. Ordinary remote background launch alone is not persistence evidence. If unproved, a human operates long Desktop jobs; do not create a scheduler. No power changes or visible UI takeover are authorised by this page.

Freeze inputs and stop the prior writer before changing revisions. No live sync of open assets. Main transfers through the approved private origin or a verified Git bundle over SSH; LFS, packages and media are separate checksummed artifacts. Main must possess the result SHA and artifacts before acceptance. Capture the installed package on Desktop and transfer completed files with release ID, mode, size and checksum. Keep the accepted package and matching film on Laptop. Reconcile running jobs after disconnect; a timed-out lease does not prove a writer stopped.

Three hands-on leads, a small Main role

Start Main plus World, Gameplay and Cinematic. After a runnable baseline and independent inputs exist, add at most one Gameplay leaf, one World leaf and one reviewer: seven total sessions. Nine children per lead remains a ceiling within actual caps, not a target. Leaves cannot spawn descendants.

Dispatch, isolation and acceptance
  • Use requested Astra Ultra where supported; verify Fast separately. Create peer tasks only through an actual callable API, otherwise named lead subagents with real IDs. If unavailable, prepare exact briefs for Lucas. Do not invent visible chats or automate UI task creation.
  • Each committing writer gets its own worktree/branch, including leaves. One Git mutation owner per worktree and one binary-asset owner across devices. First prompts name absolute worktree, base SHA, plan revision/hash, contract, exact writable files, ignored status/evidence/outbox, machine lease and cutoff.
  • Main alone writes the canonical manifest; unassigned paths remain Main-owned until explicitly leased. Leads receive the shared game contract plus their relevant packet and integration point, not the entire reference page.
  • One pending immutable delivery/team: ID, base/result SHA, changed files, artifact hashes, actual checks, limitations and stopped-writer/job status. Main verifies receipt and integrates the exact commit. Reject binary conflicts for the owner to fix.
  • Escalate after five minutes blocked or two failed fixes; access/ownership immediately. Stop expansion when two deliveries wait or the required Desktop job is queued. Deadline handoffs include useful verified partial work. Reuse actual task IDs after restart; never duplicate or take over an unconfirmed writer.

All 300 minutes, with delivery paid for

Doors 09:30, kickoff 10:15, build 10:30–15:30. Earlier work follows confirmed host rules. These are latest cutoffs; measured release work can move them earlier. No automatic extra-feature unlock.

The release reservation controls the schedule

B = build/bundle, notices/hash, upload, evaluator download, required clean setup/prerequisites, full chosen-mode A/B and restore, plus margin. Distinguish first-time setup from cached updates; budget the actual judged route.

C = stop/switch to pinned package, launch/load, camera/roles, full demo/reset, one bounded retake, local playback, verified transfer and required development restart. E = remaining Laptop edit/audio/title replacement, encode, full local playback and margin. U = video upload, processing, evaluator access, full hosted playback and bounded retry margin.

X = min(14:20, 14:40 − U) is the completed local-video deadline.
M = min(14:05, X − E) is checked-media arrival.
S = min(13:35, 14:00 − B, M − B − C) is the latest start of the final Desktop release chain.

A three-second sample proves codec/bitrate only. By 12:30 time the full chosen-mode A/rewind/B and live waits; revise C and the full-run usability limit. Probe the approved host when permitted and revise U with rough-cut size. Reserve Desktop and human attention; finish Laptop package checks before E. Move leaf/candidate cutoffs earlier or retain an actual accepted baseline if the chain will not fit.

The baseline registry records release ID, SHA, initial-checkpoint hash, accepted mode, clean-start core acceptance and matching footage. A fixture release is a fallback for a live-only minimum only with Lucas's explicit acceptance. A shell or an unrecorded target is not a protected release.

10:30 to 10:45Freeze the game and owners

Main

Record readiness/rules, plan hash, actual task interface; create scoped repo/worktrees and thin entry wiring.

Leads

World fixes court/stations. Gameplay starts state plus real adapter. Cinematic starts recipient instructions and script.

Humans / gate

Choose UI and name player/capture operator plus narrator/editor/submitter. Four hands-on owners; no automatic leaves.

10:45 to 11:10Package one FORK action

Main

Integrate and package the minimal court/adapter in the selected configuration. Test the real download route.

Leads

Gameplay fixture changes a displayed scenario value once; provider probe is separate. World supplies locator/reference fallback.

Gate

Laptop launches the package and controls it. Record time. One identified startup repair gets at most 15 extra minutes.

11:10 to 11:35Freeze scenery, measure delivery

Main

Record B and preliminary C/E/U; reserve final chain. Add a leaf only for a ready independent packet.

Leads

World freezes local data. Gameplay connects rounds/rewind. Cinematic checks real package capture, transfer and approved host access.

Gate

No new source/plugin/provider. No launchable recipient package completing one deterministic FORK action by 11:25 means disclose failure and choose reduced scope with Lucas.

11:35 to 12:00Finish both canonical futures

Main

Accept integrated A/rewind/B and expected traces.

Leads

Gameplay proves outcome and fencing. World fixes readability. Cinematic freezes a timed short script.

Human check

After at most 20 seconds of explanation, explain choice, result and next experiment. If unclear, cut complexity before props.

12:00 to 12:30Choose mode and rehearse the full game

Main

Qualify second package and minimum accepted mode; record explicit fallback choice.

Leads

Gameplay tests full selected mode, three restores and memory canary. Cinematic times the full take and rough edit.

Humans / gate

Mode settled, accepted dry narration on Laptop. Recompute B/C/E/U and earlier cutoffs. No mixed-mode episode.

12:30 to 12:50Protect a matched baseline

Main

Reserve full measured C for the accepted release, earlier if S requires it.

Leads

Cinematic captures under the exclusive Desktop lease. World/Gameplay only fix existing work outside that lease.

Human reservation

Player operates capture; second person edits completed media. Package, mode and footage match. No extras.

12:50 to 13:10Review and close leaves

Main

One read-only review of accepted SHA; fix reproduced core defects.

Leads

Finish accepted-scene corrections and baseline transfer. Leaves stop by 13:10 or earlier measured cutoff.

Gate

Immutable evidence and stopped-writer status. No test competes with capture or final Laptop edit.

13:10 to 13:25Complete team acceptance

Main

Drain deliveries and close leases. Candidate may already be frozen for S.

Leads

Integrate by 13:20; immutable handoffs by 13:25. Supply fixed edit and install evidence.

Gate

Cut unfinished work. A stranded branch is not a release dependency.

13:25 to 13:35Accept the final candidate

Main

Accept exact SHA/artifacts and affected checks. Start by S, even if earlier.

Leads

Read-only support; no active asset writer. Keep prior verified release.

Gate

13:35 is a latest cutoff, not guaranteed packaging time.

13:35 to 14:00Qualify and distribute

Main

Complete B including real recipient setup and full chosen-mode acceptance.

Leads

Capture after build lease releases. Final checked media arrives by M; Laptop tests precede E.

Gate

14:00 frozen accessible package. If a fresh matched release cannot fit, retain the accepted baseline.

14:00 to 14:20Finish local film by X

Main

Stable release; use the single repair decision below.

Leads

Replace only required shots/lines, encode and play the complete video by X.

Gate

Truthful mode, actual behavior and readable credits. 14:15 creates no extra media time.

14:20 to 14:40Verify hosted playback

Main

Check versions and evaluator permissions. U may require an earlier upload.

Leads

Delivery help only; tested smaller export available.

Gate

Full hosted video plays and download works by 14:40. Upload completion alone fails.

14:40 to 15:00Prepare submission

Main

Record exact release, runtime availability and limitations.

Leads

Read-only targeted delivery support.

Humans / gate

Both check links. Named submitter completes fields by 15:00.

15:00 to 15:10Submit and save receipt

Main

Keep release available; record submitted URLs.

Leads

Help with specific access failures only.

Humans / gate

Submit and save real acknowledgement. A filled form is not a receipt.

15:10 to 15:30Protect the delivery buffer

Main

Restore access or verified artifacts only; decide by 15:20, verify by 15:25.

Leads

No source edits, builds, assets or recapture.

Humans / gate

Receipt and links verified before 15:30. Lucas contacts hosts if needed.

Recovery without inventing more time

Critical repair: accept only if now plus repair, affected validation, repackaging/reupload, required recapture/transfer and audio/title replacement fits recalculated M/X/U. Repair and verification never exceed 14:15. Unknown duration means retain the accepted release. A changed release gets a new ID.

Startup or late failure: an identified repair gets at most 15 minutes after 11:10. No launchable recipient package completing one deterministic FORK action by 11:25 means the original schedule is no longer credible. Choose a disclosed smaller deliverable with Lucas. No automatic late engine switch; the alternative must independently have passed readiness and recipient checks.

Remote or human shortage: reconcile jobs, preserve Laptop's accepted package/film and use human-operated long jobs if needed. Do not silently migrate heavy Unreal work or install another editor. With one human, use static shots, early narration and omit secondary inspection; recompute C/E before polishing.

The branch comparison leads the film

Capture the installed package on Desktop at 1080p/30. A short title/static locator is enough. No new camera binding system, Movie Render Queue experiment, Blender rebuild or generated in-between footage. Any already working camera-only local sequence must work in the same package.

SecondsPicture
0–8FORK title, verified district and locator.
8–18One generator, clinic/workshop and immediate service versus grid repair.
18–38A highlights with actual mode and visible time compression.
38–45Restore initial checkpoint and change the allocation.
45–64B highlights, clinic outage and later grid activation.
64–75Readable equal-round power timeline and outcomes.
75–82Actual useful live-action evidence or clearly labelled fixture behavior.
82–90New Astra work versus reused assets, source credits and real recipient route.

Freeze the short script at noon, initially around 155–175 words, then use the timed read. Accepted dry narration is on Laptop by 12:30; prepare alternate live/fixture lines early. Identify packaged gameplay versus scripted cameras/editor staging. Keep credits visible throughout where necessary; cut spectacle before compressing speech or hiding results.

What the audit changed

Remaining readiness is unresolved, not guaranteed: host acceptance, Desktop reachability/toolchain, runtime through judging and measured B/C/E/U. The Minecraft plan has a reuse advantage only if its own stack and recipient route pass.

The complete Main-agent handoff

Fill setup fields before execution and privately pin the accepted brief hash. Click the text, then Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C. Sending it early allows only host-permitted preparation; it does not schedule a wakeup.

Copyable execution brief, revision 8

Primary evidence

  1. Event listing: date/build window, pair format, prototype/video and Astra development use. Reuse and Windows recipient details remain open.
  2. Epic packaging, derived-data caches and editor Python scope: why a pinned working toolchain matters.
  3. Sequencer binding and external actor files: keep the single scene and packaged camera path simple.
  4. Natural Earth locator, OSM licence and produced-work guidance: source accuracy and release obligations.
  5. Cesium content use/branding: relevant only if a later explicitly approved expanded route is selected.
  6. Git worktrees, Git bundles and PowerShell process lifetime: independent writers and remote job limits.
  7. Codex authentication/billing, subagents and Fast mode: verify actual interfaces, settings and limits.
